Emerson offers a full array of Fisher® valve types in a variety of construction materials, flow characteristics and end connections. Complementary actuators and accessories are also available. Virtually all Fisher valve products can be built to the ASME Section III requirements.
For over 35 years, Emerson has supported nuclear facilities, worldwide with Fisher® nuclear valves and associated services. In fact, Fisher valves are installed in over 90% of the world’s nuclear facilities. Thousands of ASME Section III N-Stamped and RCCM process control valves have been shipped around the globe.

The SS-84PSV4 valve is the pressurizer spray valve for use in third generation PWR Nuclear Generating Stations. The NPS 4x3 valve body has NPS 4 buttweld ends with 3 inch Fisher® Vee-Ball internal trim. This valve version (SS-84PSV4) offers several enhanced features compared to the original SS-84 design that was designed for previous PWR Reactors. |

Fisher® 1052PSV Size 60 Rotary Actuator |

The seismically qualified actuator design is based on the standard Fisher 1052 size 60 actuator. The 1052PSV size 60 actuator incorporates the tilting diaphragm rod, turnbuckle adjusting feature, upper diaphragm casing assembly, and SS129 dual springs mounted within a fabricated box construction. The actuator box is designed for standard 3610J positioner mounting. Adjustable valve open position is provided by limiting lever rotation with adjustable travel limit bolts in the bottom of the fabricated actuator box. |
